Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Check Out Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please just give us a call on 01200 443377.

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order, and that you can expect it to receive your goods within 3 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to delivery within this timescale, we will contact you by email.
Shipping And Handling We want to know that our products reach you in perfect condition, and each parcel is packed very carefully to prevent any damages.

Next Day Delivery - for orders placed by 1pm, UK Mainland Next Day delivery is available via Interlink Express.

Standard Delivery - please allow upto 5 days for delivery of your order - we despatch parcels under 1.5Kg by a Royal Mail ''Signed For' post, and larger orders by Interlink Express.

As a standard service, all parcels will need to be signed for. If this is not convenient, please enter alternative details above, or email us with further details.

Our carriage charges for orders within the UK are dependent upon the size of your order:

For one or two items, the carriage charge is £2.50
For more than two items, the carriage charge is £5.00

For all orders outside the UK, please contact us after placing your order for a delivery cost. Payment will not be processed until a delivery cost has been agreed by both melt and the customer. Should the cost not be agreed, the order may be cancelled by either party.

Back Orders Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be contact within 48 hours - with details of expected delay or alternative options.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We want to know that you are happy with your melt purchase. If you should have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to return the item to us, and it will be replaced. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund.

In the event that you are unhappy with your choice of product we are happy to replace the item for you or refund the cost of the item (excluding postage charges), assuming that the original is returned to us in perfect, re-saleable condition.
